Which software do you use?
Mostly PS CC and Procreate. I also recommend PureRef!
Which kind of tablet do you use?
Wacom Intuos Pro and an iPad.
Which brushes do you use?
Too many to count! Some I love are 6B Pencil and Dry Ink on Procreate, and Oil Heavy Flow Dry (by Kyle) on PS.

Terms of Service

WHAT SERVICE IS BEING OFFERED?

The commissioner is buying my services as an artist and paying me for the number of hours I will work on the artwork. After communicating with the commissioner, I will calculate the number of hours needed to execute the artwork and price it accordingly.
Therefore, the commissioner is buying my work hours and the rights to personal use of the digital artwork produced within said hours!

COMMISSIONER'S AND ARTIST'S RIGHTS

  • The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.

  • Claiming authorship of the artwork is expressly prohibited.

  • In case of illustrating subjects originally created by the commissioner: I will never claim authorship of the drawing subject unless the drawing subject is already of my propriety. The commissioner's characters, objects and locations ideas are their propriety.

  • I will keep the right to share the commissioned artwork through social media and my portfolio, with credits to the commissioner. I'm also allowed to include the commissioned artwork in future artbooks with full credits to the commissioner.

  • The commissioner may post the artwork on the internet freely, as long as it is for personal use.

  • The commissioner may crop and edit the artwork, as long as they do not claim the artwork as their own and, when sharing the edited version, make it clear that the original work was altered.

  • Removing my signature from the artwork is prohibited.

  • Commercial use of the commissioned artwork may be negotiated aftewards at the commissioner's request.

PAYMENT

The payment must be done upfront and in USD, through Paypal invoice.

REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS, except:
If the production time given is not met, the client will receive 100% of their money back.

ALTERATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

  • Additional changes to the artwork may be charged.

  • After the final sketch, I reserve the right to deny any additional changes if they require the artwork to be completely redrawn.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any changes that contain elements not mentioned before that I’m not comfortable with (for example, if the changes contain sexual or violent themes I have not agreed with).

DELIVERY

The commissioner will receive the final artwork as a PNG or JPEG file with the artwork in high definition (minimum of 2000 pixels on the bigger side, unless negotiated otherwhise).
The commissioned artwork is digital and will be sent as such. There's no physical delivery.
